Jo Malone London seeks a Stylist to deliver exceptional customer service across the brand's boutique experience. The successful candidate will showcase the World of Jo Malone London™ through the signature Hand and Arm massage, wedding consultations, creative events, and bespoke services including floral crown styling and cocktail masterclasses. Responsibilities encompass sales achievement, store operations, visual merchandising standards, inventory awareness, and participation in in-store events whilst maintaining the brand's distinctive hospitality philosophy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations to each visitor
- Maximize sales performance and achieve individual sales targets
- Support the execution and delivery of in-store events and special experiences
