Jo Malone London seeks a Stylist to deliver exceptional customer service within the Cambridge boutique during the festive season. The role encompasses hosting guests from around the globe, showcasing the brand's curated fragrance world, and orchestrating signature experiences including hand and arm massages, wedding consultations, and specially curated events. The Stylist will maintain store operations, assist with opening and closing procedures, and achieve individual sales and service targets whilst embodying the brand's values of fragrant fun, curiosity, and kindness.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to boutique guests
