Jo Malone London is seeking a Special Events Coordinator for its fragrance cluster, including Jo Malone London and Tom Ford, to deliver luxury events and activations focused on customer recruitment, retention, sales, CRM, and premium positioning. The role requires luxury-brand sales experience, more than 2 years at CELA Cosméticos, KPI management, and Office 365 proficiency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute luxury experiences and brand activations for Jo Malone London and Tom Ford Beauty, ensuring flawless delivery in line with both brands’ standards.
- Focus events on customer recruitment and retention, sales generation, CRM, and premium positioning.
Qualifications
- Experience selling luxury brands.
- More than 2 years of experience working at CELA Cosméticos.
- Experience managing and meeting KPIs, including productivity, AST, UPT, conversion, and customer recruitment.
