Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service aligned with Jo Malone London brand standards and values
- Maximise individual sales performance and productivity targets within assigned shift patterns
- Execute and support in-store events, including workshops, fragrance consultations, and special customer experiences
- Perform signature hand and arm massage services and conduct wedding consultations

- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment

Skills
Experience
