Jo Malone London seeks an experienced Senior Stylist to deliver exceptional customer service within its Oxford boutique, combining creative expertise and passion for storytelling to create personalised in-store experiences. The role encompasses luxury fragrance consultations, bespoke hand and arm massage services, wedding consultation coordination, and execution of in-store events, whilst maintaining elevated visual merchandising standards and operational excellence. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service aligned with Jo Malone London brand standards and values
- Maximise individual sales performance and productivity targets within assigned shift patterns
- Execute and support in-store events, including workshops, fragrance consultations, and special customer experiences
- Perform signature hand and arm massage services and conduct wedding consultations
- Maintain comprehensive awareness of stock levels and inventory management
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and maintain a pristine store environment and housekeeping
- Monitor competitive activity and drive an omni-channel customer approach
- Adhere strictly to brand grooming guidelines and maintain a polished, professional appearance

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in makeup artistry, skincare application, or fragrance consultation with strong creative and technical proficiency
