Role & Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, authentic, personalised and inspirational customer service, meeting service goals and creating distinctive in-store experiences.
• Meet individual sales and service goals, maximise sales performance and productivity, and contribute to customer service and sales targets.
• Host and support in-store events, consultations and brand experiences, including Hand and Arm massages and wedding consultations.
• Build collaborative working relationships with colleagues.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards, the store environment and housekeeping standards.
• Assist with boutique opening and closing and support store operations.
• Maintain awareness of stock and inventory.
• Monitor competitor activity and support an omni-channel approach.
• Adhere to brand grooming guidelines.

Qualifications

• A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
• Warm, kind and friendly approach, a can-do attitude, passion for service and storytelling, and adaptability and versatility.
• Gracious, intelligent and smart manner, with a groomed, clean and crisp appearance.
