Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and provide individualized styling consultations to each client
- Coach and mentor Stylists toward achieving individual and team sales and service goals
- Achieve sales targets including items per transaction, average transaction value, and business mix as set by Store Manager
- Execute in-store events according to brand guidelines
- Maintain adequate stock levels on the shop floor and manage stock rotation; ensure stockroom organization
- Clean and maintain display units, tools, and testers throughout the day and conduct thorough evening preparation
- Maintain excellent timekeeping and attendance standards
- Remain knowledgeable about products, company information, and store operations
- Monitor team performance to support achievement of all goals and targets
- Complete administrative duties accurately and on schedule
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory or coaching experience with demonstrated ability to mentor others toward sales and service targets (desirable)
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United Kingdom (proof required)
