Jo Malone London is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate in North York to deliver personalized in-store experiences through makeup, skincare, hair and fragrance consultations. The role also supports in-store events and visual merchandising standards; eligible employees may receive competitive remuneration, benefits and commission or bonus-plan participation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers through makeup application, skincare advice, hair consultations or fragrance consultations.
- Combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people in customer interactions.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards so it stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- Retail experience is preferred, but applicants with amateur-level experience may be considered if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.

- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
