Jo Malone London seeks a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient store operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding coaching and mentoring abilities, leading by example whilst modelling the behaviors required of the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. Responsibilities include cash reconciliation at the start and end of each shift, store opening and closing procedures on a rotational basis, and driving achievement of sales and customer service targets. Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Lead by example, modelling desired behaviors and standards to the sales team
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day store operations
- Perform cash reconciliation and financial handling at the start and end of shifts
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis following established protocols
- Monitor and drive achievement of sales and customer service targets
- Maintain store operations and cleanliness standards throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Strong cash handling and point-of-sale software proficiency
- Retail operations experience including opening and closing procedures is desirable
- Previous supervisory or coaching experience is desirable
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
