Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations
- Lead and mentor sales team members through coaching and modeling of exemplary customer service behaviors
- Carry out daily cash reconciliation and point-of-sale reconciliation procedures
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis according to the roster schedule
- Achieve sales and customer service targets while maintaining inspirational, authentic and personalized service delivery
- Monitor team performance against KPIs and provide constructive feedback
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Capability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Right to live and work in the United States (proof required upon interview invitation)
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in retail environments, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty categories. Previous supervisory or team lead experience including coaching and mentoring is desirable. Prior experience with store opening and closing procedures and cash reconciliation is advantageous.
