Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to every customer and achieve service goals.
- Showcase The World of Jo Malone London™ to customers, global colleagues, corporate clients and media contacts.
- Host customer experiences and events, including signature Hand and Arm massages, wedding consultations, floral crown activities, graffiti art, chocolate tastings and cocktail master classes.
- Maintain the store environment and support store operations, including opening and closing the boutique and housekeeping duties.
- Understand individual sales and service goals.
