Jo Malone London seeks a Stylist to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance within its Cheltenham boutique. This part-time temporary role involves providing personalized fragrance consultations, hosting in-store events (including wedding consultations, tastings, and experiential workshops), executing hand and arm massage services, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The Stylist will support opening and closing procedures, inventory awareness, and uphold brand grooming guidelines whilst fostering an omnichannel retail approach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized fragrance consultations to domestic and international visitors
- Maximize sales performance and productivity whilst understanding individual sales and service goals
