The Jo Malone London Stylist delivers personalized customer service, fragrance-led boutique experiences and events, while supporting sales goals, store operations and visual merchandising at the Canary Wharf boutique. This regular part-time role is 15 hours per week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding, personalized customer service and achieve individual service goals.
- Welcome and entertain visitors, showcasing The World of Jo Malone London™ to customers, global colleagues, corporate clients and media contacts.
- Deliver in-boutique experiences and events, including signature Hand and Arm massages, wedding consultations, floral crowns, graffiti art, chocolate tastings and cocktail master classes.
- Maintain the boutique environment and support store operations, opening and closing, and housekeeping.
- Contribute to in-store events and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications

- Gracious, intelligent and polished, with a clean, well-groomed appearance.
- Able to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.

- Make-up artistry qualification or previous retail make-up experience preferred; amateur-level experience is also welcomed if the candidate can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
