Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to every customer and deliver service goals.
- Welcome visitors from around the world and showcase The World of Jo Malone London™ to customers, global colleagues, corporate clients and media contacts.
- Deliver brand experiences and services, including Hand and Arm massages, wedding consultations, floral crowns, graffiti art, chocolate tastings and cocktail master classes.
- Maintain the store environment and support store operations.
- Assist with opening and closing the boutique and complete housekeeping duties.
