Jo Malone London seeks a Retail Stylist for its Boots Covent Garden boutique in London, on a temporary, part-time Christmas contract of 7.5 hours. The Stylist delivers personalized fragrance service, supports sales and events, and maintains boutique operations, visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and meet service goals.
- Maximize sales performance and productivity; understand individual sales and service goals.
- Create a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience, including fragrance consultations and signature Hand and Arm massages.
- Host and support in-store events, including wedding consultations and other customer experiences.
- Build collaborative relationships with colleagues.
- Maintain awareness of stock and inventory.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and the store environment, including housekeeping.
- Assist with boutique opening and closing and store operations.
- Remain aware of competitor activity and support an omnichannel approach.
- Adhere to brand grooming guidelines.
Qualifications
- A make-up artistry qualification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country must be provided if invited to interview.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail make-up experience is preferred; amateur-level experience is also welcomed. Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is required.
Education
A qualification in make-up artistry is preferred.
