Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and achieve service goals.
- Welcome and entertain visitors from around the world, showcasing Jo Malone London to customers, global colleagues, corporate clients and media contacts.
- Deliver creative in-store services and experiences, including signature Hand and Arm massages, wedding consultations, floral crowns, graffiti artists, chocolate tastings and cocktail master classes.
- Maintain the store environment and support store operations.
