The Jo Malone London Retail Stylist delivers personalised customer experiences, supports in-store events and maintains visual merchandising standards. The role is full-time, with 36 hours per week, and includes training and development and a competitive remuneration and benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise to provide personalised customer service.
- Contribute to a high-performing team and create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards so the store stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in Ireland if invited to interview.
