Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the sales team to model company behaviors and deliver authentic, personalized customer service aligned with sales and service targets
- Carry out opening and closing procedures on a rotational basis, including cash reconciliation and security protocols
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day store operations and staff scheduling
- Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with retail point-of-sale procedures and cash handling protocols
- Respond to customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation, opening and closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
