Jo Malone London seeks a dynamic Retail Sales Associate for a temporary, part-time position at the Market Harborough location during the festive season. The successful candidate will deliver personalized, inspirational customer service, provide fragrance and product recommendations, support in-store events and visual merchandising, and contribute to achieving sales targets during the busy Christmas period.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create exceptional customer experiences through warm, tailored product recommendations
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect gift or signature fragrance
- Support festive in-store events, visual merchandising, and store presentation
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets
- Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment, and back-of-house organisation
- Operate retail point-of-sale software systems
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
Qualifications
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Capability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise welcome

Experience
Retail or customer service experience is advantageous; however, enthusiasm and a passion for luxury fragrances and customer engagement are essential. No minimum years of experience required for candidates demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent preferred; formal makeup artistry qualification or retail certification desirable but not essential for candidates with amateur-level experience and demonstrable creative expertise.
