Jo Malone London seeks a Retail Sales Associate for a part-time, temporary Christmas role with various hours in Chichester. The associate delivers personalized customer service, supports in-store events and maintains visual merchandising standards; flexible availability is required across retail days, nights, weekends and special events.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store customer experience that educates and delights customers.

• Deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience may or may not be held; applicants with amateur-level make-up artistry experience are welcome if they demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
• A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred, but not required.
• Applicants must demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Approachable, friendly manner and a can-do attitude.
• Flexible availability across days and hours; availability can be discussed with the hiring manager before or during the interview.

Previous retail experience is optional; previous retail make-up experience is preferred, and amateur-level make-up artistry experience is welcomed when accompanied by a high level of creative and technical expertise.
