Jo Malone London seeks a dynamic Part-Time Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager at the Easton Town Center location in Columbus, Ohio. The successful candidate will lead by example, coaching the sales team to deliver inspirational and personalized customer service while achieving sales and service targets. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store on a rotational basis, cash reconciliation, and retail operations oversight in a fast-paced environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to model brand values and deliver personalized customer service
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and performance
- Conduct opening and closing procedures on a rotational basis, including cash reconciliation and point-of-sale management
- Lead by example to maintain sales targets and customer service standards
- Ensure efficient store operations and adherence to brand standards
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States

Experience
Previous retail experience, preferably in cosmetics; retail operations experience including cash handling and store opening/closing is desirable; supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring is desirable.
