Jo Malone London seeks a Makeup Artist for a 30-hour-per-week role at its St. Pancras location in London. The role delivers personalized customer experiences, supports in-store events and visual merchandising, and welcomes applicants with amateur-level makeup artistry experience alongside candidates with relevant qualifications or retail experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise and a passion for people to serve customers.

- Ensure the store maintains high visual merchandising standards and stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
