Jo Malone London is seeking a Makeup Artist for a 22.5-hour part-time role at John Lewis White City in London. The role combines creative and technical expertise with personalised customer service, in-store events and visual merchandising; makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, with amateur-level experience also considered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Provide proof of the right to live and work in the UK if invited to interview.
