Jo Malone London seeks a skilled makeup artist to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store experiences at its Sherway Gardens location. The role combines creative expertise, technical proficiency, and genuine passion for customer engagement, with responsibilities encompassing makeup application, product education, event coordination, and visual merchandising standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Apply makeup with creative and technical expertise while providing personalized, educational customer experiences
- Educate customers on Jo Malone London products and advise on suitable selections aligned with individual preferences and needs
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotional activities that create measurable retail impact
- Maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store to ensure competitive differentiation and brand alignment
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and complete transaction processing accurately
- Work flexibly across retail hours, including daytime, evening, weekend, and special event shifts in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Formal qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail beauty experience (preferred)
