Jo Malone London is seeking a Makeup Artist to deliver personalised, inspirational in-store customer experiences, contribute to events and uphold visual merchandising standards. The role is part-time, 7.5 hours per week across one day at Fenwick Bracknell.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise to provide customer service.
- Work with the team to create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Be available to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Have previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
