Jo Malone London seeks a skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store experiences through expert makeup application and consultative customer service. The successful candidate will combine creative and technical expertise with passion for client engagement, contributing to in-store events and maintaining elevated visual merchandising standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup application and personalized beauty consultations that educate and delight customers
- Execute in-store events and campaigns with collaborative team members to drive customer engagement and brand impact
- Maintain and elevate visual merchandising standards to ensure competitive differentiation in the retail environment
- Operate point-of-sale systems and manage transactions efficiently and accurately
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a fast-paced retail setting
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events

- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
