Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations
- Coach and mentor the sales team using outstanding leadership skills, modeling exemplary behaviors in customer service delivery
- Lead sales and customer service teams to achieve targeted performance metrics through inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer engagement
- Execute start and end of day cash reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open and close the store on a rota basis, managing cash handling and security protocols
- Demonstrate expertise in retail operations and point-of-sale software systems
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics or prestige beauty sector
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation, store opening and closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities to achieve sales and customer service targets (desirable)
