Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example and mentor the sales team, modeling the behaviors required to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service

- Proven supervisory or leadership experience with a track record of coaching and mentoring others
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
