Jo Malone London seeks a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations at the Yorkdale Freestanding location. The successful candidate will leverage coaching and mentoring expertise to lead the sales team by example, delivering inspirational and personalized customer service while achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include daily cash reconciliation, store opening and closing on a rotating basis, and overseeing point-of-sale operations. This part-time supervisory role offers an entry point into retail leadership within the prestige beauty sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver exceptional, authentic customer service aligned with brand standards
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and staff scheduling
- Execute cash reconciliation procedures at start and end of shifts
- Open and close the store on a rotating schedule according to operational requirements
- Monitor and assist in achieving sales and customer service performance targets
- Ensure compliance with retail point-of-sale systems and procedures
- Model professional behavior and brand values to inspire sales team performance
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation (desirable)
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems (desirable)
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in Canada
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics. Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Prior retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (standard for retail supervisory roles); no formal post-secondary education specified in the posting.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.40 to CAD 24.30 per hour.
