Jo Malone London seeks a Key Holder to support store leadership, coach the sales team, deliver personalized customer service and meet sales targets, while handling daily cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store on a rota basis. Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Lead by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Complete essential start- and end-of-day cash reconciliations.
- Open and close the store on a rota basis.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and store opening and closing, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
