Jo Malone London is seeking a part-time Key Holder in New York to support store leadership, coach the sales team, deliver personalised customer service, handle cash reconciliation, and open and close the store on a rota basis. The role offers an hourly range of $20–$25 and eligibility for a competitive bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Lead by example through coaching and mentoring, modelling the behaviours expected of the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Complete opening and closing cash reconciliations.
- Open and close the store on a rota basis.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and store opening and closing, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the United States if invited to interview.

Experience
Previous retail experience is required; cosmetics retail experience is preferred. Previous retail operations and supervisory experience are desirable.
