Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team to model exemplary customer service behaviors and achieve sales and customer service targets
- Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open and close the store on a rota basis, ensuring all security and operational procedures are followed
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the retail location

Qualifications

- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is desirable
