Jo Malone London is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support store management in delivering exceptional operations and customer service at the Lenox Avenue boutique in Miami Beach. This supervisory role combines retail operations expertise—including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing duties—with team leadership and coaching responsibilities, providing an excellent first step toward a long-term career in prestige beauty.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring efficient workflow
• Lead and mentor the sales team, modeling brand behaviors and fostering inspirational, authentic customer service delivery
• Conduct opening and closing procedures on a rotational basis, including cash reconciliation and point-of-sale verification
• Achieve and exceed all sales targets and customer service objectives through effective team coordination
• Provide coaching and development to team members to ensure consistent performance standards
• Handle cash management and financial reconciliation duties with accuracy and accountability

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably within prestige beauty or cosmetics
• Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Prior retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Right to live and work in the United States (proof required upon interview invitation)

Skills

Experience

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable. Prior involvement in retail operations, including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing responsibilities, is highly valued.
