Jo Malone London seeks a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will leverage coaching and mentoring expertise to lead the sales team by example, modeling the behaviors required to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while achieving sales and customer service targets. Responsibilities include cash reconciliation at start and end of day, as well as opening and closing the store on a rotational basis. This entry-level supervisory position offers an ambitious self-starter with prior retail experience an ideal pathway toward a long-term career in prestige beauty.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Perform cash reconciliation and management at start and end of day
• Open and close the store on a rotational basis
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day operations
• Model and reinforce sales and customer service behaviors
• Maintain retail operations standards and store presentation

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or beauty
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Retail point-of-sale software experience
• Availability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Legal right to work in the country of employment

Skills

Experience

Proven retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty sector. Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable. Prior retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and store opening and closing procedures, is beneficial.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21 to USD 23 per hour.
