Jo Malone London seeks an ambitious and inspirational Key Holder to support store leadership in delivering exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence in prestige beauty retail. This part-time supervisory role combines coaching and mentoring responsibilities with daily store operations, including cash handling, store opening and closing, and point-of-sale management at the Bickell City Centre location in Miami. Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while achieving sales and customer service targets
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations
- Perform daily cash reconciliation at the start and end of shifts
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis
- Model exemplary customer service behaviors and retail best practices
- Oversee retail point-of-sale operations and transactions
- Lead by example to foster a culture of excellence in prestige beauty retail
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation, store opening and closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
