Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while modeling expected behaviors
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations
- Perform opening and closing store duties on a rotational basis, including security and facility checks
- Execute end-of-day and start-of-day cash reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve sales targets and customer service standards
- Oversee point-of-sale operations and ensure compliance with retail procedures
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Capability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Legal right to work in the country

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics. Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
