Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members, modeling exemplary behaviors and customer service standards
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations and performance targets
- Conduct cash reconciliation at the start and end of each shift
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis, ensuring security and compliance protocols
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to drive sales achievement
- Maintain retail operations standards and merchandise presentation
- Lead by example to foster a high-performance retail environment
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail point-of-sale (POS) software proficiency
- Retail hours availability including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Right to work in the United States (proof required if invited for interview)
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets (desirable)

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail training certifications are a plus but not required.

Compensation
