Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales and customer service targets
- Perform cash reconciliation at start and end of day shifts
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis following established procedures
- Model exemplary retail behaviours and professionalism to inspire the sales team
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily store operations
- Maintain retail point-of-sale system proficiency and compliance
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service

- Previous supervisory or coaching/mentoring experience (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events

Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience in a customer-facing environment, with demonstrated success in sales achievement. Prior supervisory or key-holder experience is desirable, along with experience in cosmetics or prestige beauty retail operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education beyond this is required for consideration.
