Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example and model desired sales behaviors to inspire authentic, personalized customer service delivery
- Coach and mentor sales team members to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Conduct start and end of day cash reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open and close the store on a rota basis according to schedule
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth store operations
- Maintain compliance with retail operations procedures and cash handling protocols
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Previous retail point-of-sale software experience
- Legal right to live and work in Canada

Previous retail experience, preferably within cosmetics. Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is desirable.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.40 to USD 29.15 per hour.
