Jo Malone London seeks a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support store management and ensure efficient retail operations at the Chinook Centre location. The role combines supervisory responsibilities—coaching and mentoring sales team members to deliver personalized customer service—with operational duties including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures. This part-time position represents an ideal entry point into retail management for ambitious self-starters with cosmetics retail experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example and model desired sales behaviors to inspire authentic, personalized customer service delivery
- Coach and mentor sales team members to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Conduct start and end of day cash reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open and close the store on a rota basis according to schedule
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth store operations
- Maintain compliance with retail operations procedures and cash handling protocols
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Previous retail point-of-sale software experience
- Legal right to live and work in Canada
