Jo Malone London is seeking a part-time Key Holder in Burnaby to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, coach the sales team, reconcile cash, and open and close the store on a rota basis. The role suits an ambitious retail professional seeking a first supervisory opportunity; a base salary range of $19.40–$29.15 is stated on the basis of a 40-hour work week and is scaled accordingly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Coach and mentor the sales team by example, fostering behaviors that deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve sales and service targets.
- Perform start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Open and close the store on a rota basis.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and store opening and closing, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
