Jo Malone London hiring Key Holder (Supervisor) in Burnaby, BC, Canada. Lead retail team, manage cash operations, and drive sales performance at prestige beauty retailer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team to model exemplary customer service behaviors and achieve sales and customer service targets
- Perform opening and closing store procedures on a rotational basis, including cash handling and reconciliation
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with daily store operations and team supervision
- Coach team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer experiences
- Assist with retail operations, including point-of-sale activities and store maintenance
- Maintain cash handling standards and ensure accurate daily reconciliations
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Strong ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail point-of-sale (POS) software proficiency
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in Canada
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience in cosmetics or beauty is required. While not essential, prior retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is highly desirable. Prior supervisory or team lead experience with a track record of coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is also desirable.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.40 to USD 29.15 per hour.
