Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example, modeling the behaviors required to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Mentor and coach sales team members to achieve all sales and customer service targets
- Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis according to scheduling requirements

- Maintain retail point-of-sale systems and associated operational procedures
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail point-of-sale (POS) software experience
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of legal right to live and work in the United States

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics. Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable.
