Jo Malone London seeks a Fragrance Stylist for temporary, seasonal employment during the festive period at their Harrogate location. This role combines personalized customer service, product expertise, and visual merchandising to create exceptional in-store experiences whilst meeting sales objectives. The successful candidate will engage customers with warm, tailored fragrance recommendations, assist with festive in-store events, maintain visual presentation standards, and support stock management in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Create exceptional customer experiences with warm, tailored fragrance recommendations and personalized styling guidance
• Assist customers in selecting gifts or signature scents that align with their preferences and occasions
• Support festive in-store events, visual merchandising initiatives, and overall store presentation standards
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a high-performing retail environment
• Assist with stock deliveries, inventory replenishment, and back-of-house organisation
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems and complete transactional procedures
• Maintain awareness of product features and communicate brand heritage and product narratives to customers

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom
• Friendly, confident and engaging communication skills
• Retail or customer service experience preferred; enthusiasm and passion for fragrance is essential

Retail or customer service experience is preferred. Applicants with amateur-level makeup artistry or beauty experience are welcome; professional makeup certification or previous retail beauty experience is desirable but not required. Enthusiasm for fragrance and prestige beauty is essential.
