Jo Malone London seeks a seasonal Fragrance Stylist to deliver exceptional customer service across our Colchester boutique during the festive period. The role encompasses showcasing the brand's signature fragrances and bespoke services—including hand and arm massages, wedding consultations, and experiential events—while maintaining store operations and visual presentation standards. The ideal candidate combines warmth and genuine hospitality with a polished appearance, storytelling ability, and comfort working variable retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver inspirational, personalized, and authentic customer service to boutique visitors
- Showcase Jo Malone London fragrances and bespoke services including signature hand and arm massages and wedding consultations
