Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to all boutique visitors
- Maximize individual sales and service performance targets
- Execute signature Jo Malone services including hand and arm massages and wedding consultations
- Support in-store events including floral crown workshops, graffiti experiences, chocolate tastings, and cocktail master classes
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store environment excellence
- Manage stock awareness and inventory knowledge
- Assist with boutique opening and closing procedures and housekeeping duties
- Build collaborative relationships with team members
