A temporary fragrance stylist position at Jo Malone London's Beverley location, offering flexible part-time and full-time shifts throughout the six-week Christmas season. The role combines creative expertise and personalized customer service to deliver inspirational in-store experiences, drive sales through tailored fragrance recommendations, support seasonal events and visual merchandising, and maintain store presentation standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized fragrance recommendations and exceptional customer experiences
- Assist customers in selecting signature scents and luxury gift collections
- Support festive in-store events, visual merchandising initiatives, and store presentation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Manage stock deliveries, product replenishment, and back-of-house organization
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions
