Jo Malone London seeks a creative and personable Stylist for its Kings Road Boutique to deliver exceptional in-store experiences during the Christmas season. This role blends artistry with customer hospitality, encompassing fragrance consultation, signature hand and arm massage services, event hosting, and personalized styling. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise in beauty application with genuine enthusiasm for service, while maintaining visual merchandising standards and contributing to team-driven boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and fragrance consultation to boutique visitors
- Maximize sales performance and productivity through consultative selling and service excellence
- Execute signature Jo Malone London services including hand and arm massage and fragrance layering demonstrations
- Support and coordinate in-store events, product launches, and special occasions such as wedding consultations
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store environment cleanliness
- Monitor stock levels, inventory awareness, and point-of-sale operations
- Assist with boutique opening and closing procedures
- Collaborate effectively with team members to create a welcoming, high-performing retail environment

Qualifications
