The Fragrance Sales Advisor welcomes clients and delivers personalized service, supports sales objectives, and creates distinctive shopping experiences while collaborating with the team to uphold visual merchandising standards. The role is full-time and temporary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide authentic, personalized service that meets assigned customer service and sales objectives.
- Use a passion for client engagement, the company, its products and services to create an inspiring, educational and unique shopping experience for each client.
- Build collaborative relationships with the team to achieve the company's high visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or services, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work in line with store opening hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, evening shifts and promotional events.
- Previous experience using retail management systems is preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in Italy.
