Jo Malone London seeks passionate, customer-focused sales associates for temporary seasonal positions across its retail network during the festive period. The role combines creative expertise with personalized customer service to deliver an inspirational in-store experience, encompassing product consultation, in-store event support, visual merchandising maintenance, and sales achievement within a high-performing team environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized and inspirational customer service with warm, tailored product recommendations
• Assist customers in discovering signature scents and selecting luxury gifts across the Jo Malone London portfolio
• Support festive in-store events, visual merchandising initiatives, and store presentation standards to maintain competitive distinction
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a high-performing retail environment
• Execute stock management duties including deliveries, replenishment, and back-of-house organisation
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems and maintain accurate transaction records

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom (required at interview stage)
• Professional communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers
• Flexibility to maintain availability across the six-week festive period

Skills

Experience

Retail or customer service experience is advantageous; however, enthusiasm for luxury beauty and fragrance, combined with strong interpersonal skills, is equally valued. Amateur-level makeup or fragrance knowledge may be considered where compensated by demonstrated customer engagement capability.

Education

While formal certification in makeup artistry or beauty retail is preferred, it is not required. Candidates with amateur-level creative and technical expertise in makeup or fragrance will be considered provided they demonstrate exceptional potential and willingness to develop.
