Jo Malone London seeks an inspirational Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a team of Sales Associates and achieving all sales, customer service, and operational targets. The successful candidate will demonstrate proven supervisory and coaching capabilities in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment, with responsibility for team development, inventory management, and cash reconciliation. Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the Sales Associate team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Supervise daily retail operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash reconciliation
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while modeling brand excellence
- Coach and mentor Sales Associates to reach their full potential and drive individual and team performance
- Manage retail point-of-sale systems and ensure accurate transaction processing
- Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events to support store scheduling needs
Qualifications
- Proven retail supervisory experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Track record of coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Demonstrated retail operations expertise including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
