Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Jo Malone London counter team to deliver luxury retail excellence
- Oversee all counter operations including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and facilities maintenance

- Set and monitor sales and customer service targets; conduct sales analysis and performance reviews

Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant management experience, preferably in beauty or luxury retail
- Demonstrated experience setting sales targets, analysing sales performance, and developing customer service standards
- Proficiency in retail operations including inventory management, cash handling, and facilities oversight
- Track record of successfully creating and executing in-store events and experiential programs
- Flexible availability across varying days and hours
- Right to work authorization in Ireland

Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience preferably within the beauty sector or other fast-paced luxury retail environments.
